This restaurant serves excellent soba, both cold and hot. It was really delicious and the tempura was amazing as well. We ordered other side dishes like their tofu, garlic octopus and fried chicken. For a guy who doesn’t even bother ordering soba and let alone cold soba, thanks to this restaurant and its excellent food, I am now a true believer of it. Absolutely worth it and both the service and atmosphere was excellent as well. Lives up to what we know as true Japanese hospitality. I would recommend that you make reservations before going to the restaurant as it can get quite busy and packed.

Great soba. English menu. Try the Japanese style eating on tatami mats. Wait staff is sweet and attentive. Highly recommended.

LOADS of vegetarian and vegan options very clearly labelled. English menus. Very tasty. Lovely traditional restaurant. So refreshing to be able to eat local food with my meat-eating boyfriend in a place we can both enjoy. Thoroughly recommended. I’d recommend booking or arriving before it opens. It was very popular.
