More Comments at Google MapI had a tempura set meal for lunch. It was freshly fried and delicious. I liked the kiss tempura. Also, the miso soup was made with fresh clams from Lake Shinji and was delicious. This is a cheerful, family-run restaurant.
Tendon (990 yen including tax) is a small serving of rice. A combination of 3 shrimp, kisu, eggplant, and shiso leaves. The kisses are soft and delicious♪ It's orthodox with the sauce. The refreshing sauce was also delicious. After all, it's a tempura bowl served at a tempura restaurant. Miso soup with clams was also a nice surprise. Last order for lunch is 1:30pm, and we are open until 2:00pm.
The word “tempura” on the signboard of the shop caught my eye and I came to the store. And while I was hesitating between a set meal and a bowl of rice, I ordered the tempura bowl. The crispy tempura was delicious and did not disappoint. But more than that, I was surprised at how big the impact was when I ate the rice. The white rice, which has a sweet taste when you eat it, is large, elastic, and not too sticky, giving it a plump overall impression. When I asked the owner, he said that they use Gifu rice called “Hatsushimo”. It's kind of vague, but I'm sure you're good at cooking... I thought. a! ? It was all about rice (*ノ∀`*) However, since it seems to be used in every dish, it may be good to keep it in mind a little and taste it. The atmosphere of the restaurant was good, and everyone, including the regulars, talked to me in a friendly manner, and I was able to enjoy a fun time and delicious food.
