It's been a while since I came to Shiozaki, so I stopped by Kanedai-san for some delicious fish dishes. I arrived 15 minutes before opening, but I had to wait a little while to be the 6th person to enter. I was given a tatami room on the second floor with a view of the ocean. You can choose between table seats and tatami seats, but the tatami seats are more relaxing. All we received were fried shrimp, assorted sashimi, straw-broiled bonito, crab cream croquette, kamayaki, chawanmushi, red soup stock, and rice bowl. Everything was very delicious, and the shrimp in the sashimi platter was so fresh that it was still moving! The other sashimi are also crispy and delicious! Kama-yaki is yellowtail kama-yaki, which is also very filling and will melt your cheeks! I had the straw-broiled bonito with salt and lemon, and it was thick, refreshing, and delicious (^^) The other dishes were also carefully prepared, very delicious, and I was very satisfied. ! I ate so much that I couldn't move and it cost me about 7,000 yen! It was a very good meal. I will definitely visit again!

There weren't many customers during this time, so I was immediately shown to my seat! ・This time I ordered a seafood bowl, and it was really delicious! To be honest, it was more delicious than the 3,000 yen seafood rice bowl I ate in Hokkaido the previous month, thinking it was delicious. ・ However, the dried fugu that was recommended by the clerk and ordered together was delicious with moderate elasticity and a delicious taste that spreads in the mouth as you chew, but it became "Fugu?" (My friend said that it was nothing but dried white fish.)

I was recommended to this place by a bearded YouTuber at Uo Hiroba, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a variety of seafood that I'm not familiar with in Chiba. Large fried clams, butter-grilled flat shellfish, boiled mantis shrimp, and seafood bowl set meal. Everything was fresh, delicious, and very satisfying. This is also a store I definitely want to visit.
