Kariya, Aichi, Japan｜Shunsairyori Sumiyaki Konasu

This is my second visit and each time it exceeds my expectations. Last time it was a spring menu, and this time it was a summer menu. I ordered a course of 6000 yen, but I think that abalone, wagyu beef, conger eel, crab, horse sashimi, shrimp, etc., would be a considerable aristocratic meal in the old days. The good thing about this shop is that the cost performance is too good, but it is also very amiable and friendly while giving a sense of luxury. They showed us the abalone before cooking and taught us how to eat the charcoal-grilled shrimp. Also, alcohol is relatively cheap, and you can drink around 450-700 yen. Even if the cost performance is good, it is still a luxurious meal, so you can't go there often, but it's a restaurant that makes you want to go every season. I think that the cost performance is good as a result of the restaurant's efforts, but I hope that I can continue to eat the food of this restaurant (*^^*)

Mr. Konasu, who is listed on the Bib Gourmand, is having a hard time getting a reservation. I had a course of 6,000 yen, but it was really delicious and made me smile all the time. When I called to make a reservation, he explained to me that there was only a seat with a time limit in the corner of the counter, and when I left after finishing my meal, he asked me about my seat. I was deeply moved. It's so delicious that your stomach will burst! This time, I will bring my dear friend with me.
