I had Juwari Soba "Hosouchi". The scent of soba is irresistible! Although the noodles are thin, they are chewy and really delicious! It seems like you can also try handmade soba noodles made with rare buckwheat flour, so I'm sure I'll be visiting again. The taste of Juwari Soba alone was by far the best, so I gave it 5 stars.
