This is Soba Kiri Sho, a soba restaurant located in Koda-cho. I used it on weekends. A famous restaurant selected for Michelin Bib Gourmand 2019. There are 5 parking spaces available in front of the store and the west side parking lot of Nishio Shinkin Bank in front of the store. The store is designed in a Japanese style, and sometimes has a small garden (like a typical home's garden). The inside of the store is kept clean and there are many seats for two people. Arrive at the store 15 minutes before opening. I parked in the parking lot in front of the store. Not so much as a queue. Write your name on the waiting sheet and wait in the car until your scheduled time. When the store opens, your name is called and you enter the store. It filled up quickly. We ordered the ``Oyster Tempura Set'' and the ``Large Soba Set.'' Both were 10% soba. The 100% soba is chewy and delicious depending on your taste. As expected. The oysters are large and plump, as expected from Lake Hamana, and are very delicious. I was stunned by this. The soba set comes with tempura and various other items, and among them, the grilled miso contains Saikyo miso, which is delicious. It seems to go very well with alcohol. Anyway, no matter what I ate, I could feel the care taken by professionals in making it carefully. It is a recommended shop. Oyster tempura is also recommended at this time of year.

Parking is not a problem because the parking lot of the opposite bank can also be parked. It was delicious. Cash only. I think I want to go again.
