This is a shop I used to work at in Tamano, Bisai City, Aichi Prefecture, and was told about by a senior employee. We had delicious. Since then, I have been visiting her from time to time. Eventually, the previous generation was replaced by the second generation, and the atmosphere of the restaurant changed completely.The second generation was able to talk to the customers and enjoy conversation, transforming it into a restaurant with an open kitchen.
