Konan, Aichi, Japan｜Sobakura Konan

This is a soba restaurant that uses Watanabe Seimen from Nagano. There used to be soba breweries in Nagano City and Okaya, but now they seem to only exist in Suwa and here in Konan. The menu is also different from the Suwa restaurant. However, the soba noodles used are the same. It's machine-made soba, but it's very delicious. This time, I had the Tensoba set meal and my wife had the Tenoroshi. Both were delicious and the volume was perfect. We also sell soba individually, and the next generation soba is priced at 950 yen per kg.

Both hot and cold soba noodles are delicious at this restaurant. My favorite is the Gohei mochi and soba set. Also, I recommend the horse sashimi at this restaurant! If I want to eat horse sashimi, I will definitely go here and eat it. If you like horse sashimi, please try it.

It's been a while since I last visited Sobazo! Soba is consistently delicious. The tempura and tempura were also delicious!
