Great small tempura restaurant. I try to stop by Kinman every time I am in Iida.

I haven't been to eat here for several years, but it's a long-established store and it's very delicious. What should I hide? The owner here is an acquaintance of mine. I haven't been there for a few years, but I recommend the shrimp conger eel tempura bowl. Conger eel tempura and shrimp tempura protrude from the lid of the bowl. I think the tempura of this restaurant is the best in my hometown.

It's a long-established tempura restaurant. Visited after 11 o'clock. There is a sign in front of the store that says, "There is a parking lot." I'm sure you've been busy, but you came all the way out and told me. I was asked, ``Would you mind taking a little time?'' as they were preparing take-out items, and since I wasn't in a particular hurry, I agreed. The next customer who entered the store was also very polite. I was able to wait pleasantly by calling out many times until the food was served. I didn't understand the difference between the tempura bowls on the menu, so when I asked, they explained it to me carefully, and I made a commemorative tempura bowl with two shrimp tempura pieces and vegetables. The tempura is probably made using a method that hasn't changed over time, and the shrimp that were opened had a rather thick coating and didn't have a lot of springiness. The vegetables were on the small side...but the flavor of the sauce, which was carefully added to the dish, was so delicious...it soaked into the rice so much that it didn't leave anything behind. I wondered about the cost performance, but anyway, the customer service is comfortable! ! At the time of checkout, the owner called out to me from the kitchen in the back, and it felt really good. The scissors tendon that I took home looked delicious, so next time I will ask for takeout.
