My wife and I went there on the 27th. My wife had soba noodles, and I had chilled tanuki and tempura bowls. Thank you very much for your consideration. A soba restaurant in Sotobo. It's on a street dotted with a ramen restaurant, another soba restaurant, and a seafood restaurant. It's often crowded during lunchtime on holidays. They have soba and udon, but I recommend the soba (though I've never had udon). The soba noodles have a good flavor and a nice texture. The soup of the hot one is exquisite, and the soy sauce has a subtle sweetness that gives it a gentle feel. You can set up a mini tempura bowl, and the batter is soft and the flavor of the oil is not overpowering, making it delicious.
