I went there on a weekday around 7pm 🎋 The sound of the koto and the beautiful wooden interior really brought out the deliciousness 🥢 The more you chew the soba, the more the flavor spreads throughout your mouth. It has a chewy texture and the more I slurp it, the more I feel happy. Kaeshi has a mellow and rich flavor that brings out the flavor of the soba noodles. The tempura and dashimaki tamago tasted great too 🍤 Everything from the soba soup to the soba tea was very satisfying. It was a wonderful restaurant filled with the soul of a craftsman 💪 The soba noodles I received as a souvenir were also delicious ♪ Boiling time is 1 minute ⏰

I have been using it very well. When it comes to soba in Tateyama, I don't think there is any other place other than this one. It seems that the reviews are divided, but it may not be suitable for those who require large portions or those who do not include anything other than food in their evaluation.

The 100% soba noodles and the dessert of zenzai, which had soba noodles that looked like shiratama dumplings, were both delicious!
