By the way, Kyubeiya is Musashino udon, but the noodles are soft. It's a chain store, so it's a taste that everyone can enjoy. I will go into the slippery and tripe. It's different from Sanuki udon! salty! If you want to eat Kanto udon, Kyubeiya is the winner! It seems that there was also a shabu-shabu before. Well, I haven't looked into it. When I went to the udon market to have dinner, there was a sign saying that the restaurant was open until 2:30 p.m. due to today's circumstances, and I was in udon mode, so I came here. I ordered double dipping sauce udon (spicy meat dipping sauce, salted chicken mushroom dipping sauce) and mini yam rice. However, what was served was green onion grated rice bowl instead of yam, and meat dipping sauce instead of spicy.Well, I was hungry, so I just ate it. It wasn't a problem because the udon noodles were firm and the soup was delicious. The employee also made a mistake, but it felt good so I didn't say anything. At the checkout counter, there was a cute fox from Toyouke Inari and the Seven Lucky Gods, which made me feel at ease.

All of the menu items are delicious and satisfying, and I have used them many times, including at other stores. I don't think it can be helped, but if you go during a quiet time outside of peak hours, you'll often be served softer noodles. However, freshly boiled noodles are the best.
