More Comments at Google MapRecommended for those who like soba and sake! Homemade handmade soba noodles and carefully selected soup stock. The side menus, including homemade bran pickles and seasonal tempura, are also extremely delicious. You can also enjoy sake and soba with hot water. Recommended both during the day and at night.
This is a store I've been curious about for a long time. I had vegetable tempura soba for lunch. Although it costs extra, I also ordered fresh wasabi. The wasabi, soup, and soba went very well together, and I was able to eat delicious soba for the first time in a while. The tempura, maitake, eggplant, bitter gourd, and bamboo shoots were all delicious. Thank you for the meal.
There are not many seats, but the interior is spacious and small. The soba noodles are ground in-house and served by hand. Sobayu is also very fragrant, and if you add it to the soba soup after eating, you can enjoy the aroma of soba. The soba-yu is specially made separately and served in a quaint earthenware jar decorated with akebia vines. The soba goes down easily and has a smooth texture. The cold soba noodles are served in a colander, so the water drains off easily, and you can enjoy the smoothness and texture of the soba noodles until the end. I had zaru soba with 7 kinds of vegetable tempura, and the tempura was fried to retain its firmness, so the unexpected vegetables were very delicious. There is no oil in the soup, so you can enjoy it till the end, and the soba soup at the end can be enjoyed without any oil stains. Speaking of luxury, adding wasabi to delicious soba noodles will make both the soba soup and soba soup even more delicious. It was a delicious soba that I would like to try with fresh wasabi if possible. If you wish, they will provide you with freshly ground wasabi for an additional 100 yen. This time I overlooked it and didn't order it, but it's a great dish that I definitely want to try! ️ We are closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays at the end of the month.
