It's a so-called ordinary soba restaurant, but the interior is clean, there are parking lots in the back and front, so it's easy to get in, and of course, the food was delicious! The shrimp tempura was also huge. It's going to get colder, so it looks like we'll be having a lot of hot pot roasts. I had put away Noren at 7:30 pm, so I think it's okay if I get in by then. Payment is cash only.

I've been going here for about 25 years, although the frequency has decreased since I moved. This is a soba restaurant in town that has a decent amount of soba noodles, and is made with care and goes down well. Sarashina's soba noodles are delicious, although the aroma of the soba noodles is not amazing. Every time I order a large yam, I ask for an extra large serving.Really? They confirm it with a smile like that (lol) This is a store that I want to continue for many years to come.

Is it correct to say Nihachi soba? The price is reasonable, and the soba noodles are usually delicious. It seems to be a shop in Chiba, and the bonito soup stock is like a soba restaurant in the town of Chiba. The store (Rikuan) that I used to go to in Urayasu was closed, but I was happy that the taste was close. In Shinkemigawa and Makuhari area, it is my favorite store along with "Fujitake".
