This is a famous Japanese restaurant in Katsuura. The ``boiled golden sea bream'' here is delicious. For this purpose, I visit them every year before the fishing season is closed during the spawning season from July to September. It is said that it is especially delicious before spawning. Also, since it's a famous store in Katsuura, their suppliers also seem to get the best products from here. The simmered seasoning is neither too salty nor too sweet, and has just the right amount of seasoning, making this restaurant your benchmark. People from Katsuura and Chiba seem to take pride in saying that the golden sea bream from Izu is more delicious, and I actually think it's delicious. Visited after several years. They continued to serve delicious sashimi. I had made a reservation, but entered the store as soon as it opened. My 2nd grade daughter also ate the thick, ash-dried mackerel beautifully and was very satisfied. Mom ate seafood bowl and it was delicious (lol) It's nice to have some luxury once in a while. As it is a popular restaurant, it fills up within 30 minutes, so be sure to arrive early and make a reservation. It's expensive, but it will give you something to eat.
