Inzai, Chiba, Japan｜Soba noodle FUKUNE

This is my first visit. As everyone is talking about, I went 15 minutes behind the opening time. The parking lot was empty. Since it was my first time, I wanted to taste various things, so I started with soba tofu... Wasabi is effective and delicious 😋 We also ordered country soba noodles, and finally got dessert soba pudding. The country soba was pretty black, but it smelled good and was delicious.

I had soba noodles for the first time. It was voluminous and satisfying to eat. The soba was Inaka Soba, which was also very filling.

I finally got into the store on my third visit! I think it's best to go as soon as it opens. Although it was a weekday, by the time I left, the place was full and there were people waiting. Vegetable tempori and grated yam soba. Both are rural and have thick noodles. The noodles are firm and chewy. The vegetable tempura had cherry tomatoes and broccoli, which were unusual and very delicious! The volume is also perfect. I forgot to take a photo, but the sweets such as soba pudding and almond tofu were really delicious! it's recommended! The staff at the store also had a smile on their faces and made us feel very welcome. You might want to go eat some food by yourself.
