More Comments at Google MapI went to the famous soba restaurant Chikuma for lunch. I ordered two colors (medicinal soba and normal soba), shrimp and vegetable tempura platter, and tempura (large serving). You can enjoy two types of soba. You can enjoy tempura with various flavors such as sulfur-flavored black salt, pink Nepali salt, and curry-flavored yellow salt. Of course, you can also enjoy tempura by dipping it in the sauce. Anyway, it was so nice to be able to enjoy soba and tempura with so many aromas and flavors. At the end, I put the soba water in the soup and drank it up. It was delicious with a slightly thick soup. Tea was self-service at the drink bar. The interior of the store was unified with Japanese style making, and it felt calm. There are tatami mat seats, semi-private rooms, and private rooms, so I think it can be used in various scenes.
The soba noodles were also delicious. The tempura is so fresh and crispy! I was impressed by the fried tempura made by sandwiching wild yam with green perilla. While I was waiting, I could hear my mother's nagging from the customer service person. That's a very funny joke. It's a store I want to go to again.
I ordered Tenseiro live conger eel and vegetables. We enjoyed authentic 100 percent soba noodles, fluffy conger eel, and delicious vegetables such as tomatoes, okra, and bitter gourd. The natural salt, matcha salt, and curry salt also went well with the conger eel. The private Horizashiki room had a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I am by no means a gourmand who wants a lot of food, but I would like to satisfy my desire to eat authentic soba that is quietly delicious and without fear. The store was located in front of Aeon, easy to get to, and the staff were very polite and pleasant.
