The soba noodles are authentic and handmade. Therefore, it takes a little time after ordering, but the taste makes you forget everything. I recommend tempura in general. It's delicious because the sesame oil isn't too strong. The other choice is shami soba. All of the soba noodles are cold and come in small bowls with tempura soba, wild vegetable soba, and oroshi soba. We also recommend single-dish dishes, and they are the best. The combination of raw-like tender chicken, wasabi, and nori is perfect.

Great❗ Added 2021/9 A soba restaurant that I have been going to since I moved to Choshi from Tokyo for 12 years. Slightly thick soba noodles with a strong aroma, and the sauce is also slightly sweet to my liking. It's difficult to describe, but it's a slightly unique soba in a good way. And it's wonderful that the coldness of the soba doesn't change much throughout the year. A surprising price for a two-tiered bamboo steamer. If you come to Choshi, by all means.
