I ordered shami soba, and I enjoyed three types of soba: zaru soba, grated nameko soba, and salmon roe soba, and they were all delicious.

This is the restaurant I chose for my first meal on my first visit. You can enjoy soba and tempura bowls made with plenty of fresh ingredients at prices unimaginable in Tokyo. Repeat confirmed.

The soup tastes ordinary, but the noodles taste like 100% soba, but they break easily and are savory, and the yuzu zest in the middle? Yujacheong? I really liked this refreshing point.
