Grilled duck soup Seirosoba buckwheat tofu Head to Choshi in search of delicious soba🐖💨 The shop was located in a calm location surrounded by fields 🐖💨 I sat at the counter and ordered the above two items🗣️ Tofu is served first. Let's rip it off right away... I love the mellow taste and the crunchy texture of the buckwheat noodles. My body is happy with the healthy taste and nutritional value of soba and soybeans 😌 The soba noodles are handmade Nihachi soba. As the soba gets closer to your mouth, the aroma of soba increases, and the soba reaches its maximum when it reaches your mouth. It has a firm texture and is delicious. Roasted duck and green onions 🦆 The aroma suddenly increases and the combination with the flavor of soba is perfect 👌 The soup is a delicious soup with the richness of soy sauce and gentle sweetness🤤 Dilute it with soba hot water and drink it down to the last drop.😋 It was delicious, thank you for the meal 🙇‍♂️

The soba noodles served in the restaurant with jazz music are delicious. The soup stock is so delicious that you'll want to drink it to the last drop.

The parking lot is a bit small, but other than that, 5 stars! The tempura was delicious.
