Standing beside the Ono River where you can feel the atmosphere of Koedo Sawara We visited Kobori-ya Honten, which was founded in 1888. I ordered black tempura with tempura on the black cut soba which Hidaka kelp is kneaded into the buckwheat flour. The flavor of the freshly fried tempura and black cut soba was exquisite, and it was very delicious! ! Coupled with the atmosphere of the shop, we had a very stylish time.

Today I returned to Chiba. Before going to my parents' house, I visited Sawara, Katori City, a water town, and visited the buildings reminiscent of the Edo period, and had a meal while I was there. I took the opportunity to order the most expensive ``Kamiguro Tenmori''. After waiting for a while, the food was brought out and I was surprised! Black! Is this blackness due to Hidaka kelp being kneaded into the soba noodles? Anyway, squid ink pasta? It's like that, but it has a strong soba flavor and is chewy. First, eat the soba noodles by themselves and enjoy the aroma, then eat them with a little bit of soup, then eat them with wasabi, and then eat the tempura. I was very satisfied (^^)
