Ise, Mie, Japan｜Udon-ya Fukusuke

Lovely Ise udon place, we got served after just a minute. It was certainly delicious! They will give you a small wooden tablet with a number on it (in kanji) and they will call that number when the order is ready. If you don't know them, please check on Google Translate how they are read so you know when it's your turn! They also offer very nice cold tea in the summer.

Interesting atmosphere, super crowded, and you share tables with other people! The place was actually pretty big, but yes it's popular hence the crowd! But don't worry because turnover rate is really high, fast service! And the udon was worth the wait! It's soo nice and tasty, I think the udon texture is the best one I've had so far. Would love to bring friends and family here next time.
