Ise, Mie, Japan｜Okadaya

The chef is a skillful master and really cares about the food he is making. Everything in this restaurant is made from local natural vegetables and freshly caught fish. He only uses natural spring water he got from the mountains to cook. Even the soy sauce he uses contains no artificial ingredients… It was an incredible dinning experience at an affordable price. You can taste the care he puts in. The chef and his wife were super nice and friendly to me as well. Everyone at the restaurant had a wonderful time. I really love this restaurant and would come back again. This is the true demonstration of Japanese mastery. Trust me, you will never find a restaurant like this anywhere else in the world. I would highly recommend!

First visit from Osaka! The owner carefully explained the dishes and the service was excellent! I can clearly see that they are particular about the ingredients. The fish was also fresh and delicious! The next morning, we passed by the store and thanked you for yesterday! I was happy to hear that you had a nice trip~🎶. This is a store that I would definitely like to visit again.

They put a lot of effort into each and every dish and it was delicious. I visited the restaurant right when it opened, so I didn't have any problems, but since there is only one owner, it might take a while to prepare the food if it gets crowded. This is a restaurant I would like to eat at again when visiting Ise.
