Tsu, Mie, Japan｜Kinosaki

We had Kinosaki set meal and nabeyaki for lunch. The regular udon noodles had a thick soup stock and were really delicious! The noodles are a little soft. The fried mochi and shrimp tempura were also delicious. The shrimp are plump! There is a tatami room so you can bring your kids ⭕️ It would be even better if there was some salt on the table or in a small plate.

Today I had soba noodles at Kinosaki. These are ``purely hand-made'' soba noodles that have been carefully prepared using traditional methods. Shinodadon is a Kinosaki specialty. Rice, green onions, tempura, kamaboko, and fried tofu are cooked in a sweet and spicy manner and served on top of the rice. Mix well. It's always full, but it's a restaurant you'll want to eat even if you have to wait. It's always nice to hear the cheerful voices of the staff. If you want to eat without waiting for lunch, we recommend going before the store opens...and in the evening, we recommend going before the store opens as well. We had the seasonal ``Seri and Pork Udon & Soba'' and ``Aosa Egg Toji Udon & Soba.'' (((o(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)o))) Delicious~🎶

I saw on Instagram that they had started selling miso stewed udon and decided to visit. The miso stewed udon was delicious. I had the Kinosaki set meal for lunch on another day. The sweet and salty kamaboko and fried tofu in the Shinoda bowl are delicious. I think this is what I ask for the most here.
