Toba, Mie, Japan｜Kippei Udon

delicious! . I was not good at Ise udon, but Mr. Yoshihira's Akamoku Ise udon (warm) was very delicious. Akamoku dashi soup? It seems that the umami comes out when the soy sauce soup stock of Ise udon is combined. I want to eat it next time I go to Toba.
