This is my favorite soba restaurant around here. When it's hot, there's a mini tempura bowl on the iron plate next to Nihachi soba. When it's cold, chicken mochi soba is the hot dish. It's more cost-effective than grilled chicken or duck nanban. The soup has a slightly sweet and sour taste and is so delicious that you will sip it over and over again. You can enjoy seeing the soba flour used that day written on the board at the entrance. Personally, I like Hitachi Autumn Soba.

No wonder it's so crowded! I have traveled far to eat there, but the 100% soba noodles (white, tempura and large black) and soba soup here were the most delicious. The young male and female staff members are also wonderful! ️I was treated in a very good manner with a sense of confusion. I think the store, atmosphere, service, and taste are all very good. It's not like I'm a soba connoisseur, so my personal opinion is that I'd like someone to tell me about a restaurant that's more delicious than others.
