A soba restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you for your help for many years. I was only familiar with the taste of country soba, but the soba I ate here had an exceptionally good aroma and was very delicious. In addition to the soba noodles, be sure to try the dashimaki tamago as well. It's voluminous and has a great taste. Perhaps because the tempura was made with high-quality oil, it remained crispy even after a while, and I ate it all in one go. We also recommend making reservations and using it for celebrations!

I took my elderly mother who wanted to eat soba in the heat. Cold tea is prepared in the waiting room The atmosphere inside the store was relaxing. The young salesclerk was very kind and polite, and I thought it was very good. My mother ordered Tenseiro and it was quite a volume, but the tempura was fried crisply, the soba noodles had a good texture, and it was very delicious.

My husband and I visited on our way home from Yuinooto, a music event in Yuki City. The store is clean and tasteful, and you can enjoy the well-maintained rock garden from the large windows. We had “Tempura Iro (Inaka Soba)” and “Oroshi Soba (Seiro Soba)”, and boiled herring with beer. The herring is large and fat, and the meat is richly seasoned. Buckwheat noodles, both rustic and seiro (without shell), are sweet and flavorful, and have a firm texture. Very high quality soba. Best of all, the tsuyu is crisp and dry and wonderful! The tempura is small, but the sweet shrimp, maitake mushrooms, and fern are also delicious. It's only open for lunch, but I'd definitely like to visit again.
