When I visited the store with my wife at noon on a weekday, there was already a group of customers waiting, indicating that it was a popular store. You will be guided shortly. Perhaps the fact that the seats have been thinned out due to the coronavirus pandemic has a lot to do with it...? I ordered Satoyama Gozen (Maitake mushroom tempura with soba dumplings) and Tsukuba Seiro (Maitake mushroom, pumpkin, and eggplant tempura with grated mushrooms). The soba is made only after the order is placed, so they don't make it in advance.The fact that you can't get a large serving of soba at Mori Soba (Seiro) is perhaps the owner's commitment to providing delicious soba. If you order extra soba, they will serve it at different times. There is also a large sign inside the store that says ``We do not serve large servings.'' It takes a while for the food to be served, but when you look up inside the store, you can see the roof structure with solid wooden beams, which is a nice touch. The unsawn beams look just like the rest. My wife says it smells like buckwheat noodles. The soup is thick with soy sauce, not thin or sweet, which is my preference. The restaurant is proud of its Hitachi Autumn Soba noodles. The tempura is freshly fried and crispy. Comes with salted seaweed. There seem to be quite a few soba shops in Moriya City, but I wonder if they maintain a high level of soba by mutual awareness. Thanks for the meal.

I ate maitake mushroom tempura. The crispy tempura was very delicious. The soba noodles were chewy and the soup wasn't too strong and had a refreshing aftertaste, so I could eat as much as I wanted. This is a soba restaurant that I would like to visit again.
