More Comments at Google MapVery tasty soba
It was my favorite type of soba! I liked the thick noodle soup, but it may be too thick for some people. I like the noodles to be a little colder, but it was nice to be able to really smell the soba flavor. It said on the front that he was a stubborn father, but he seemed to be a very kind grandfather. It's chewy, so I'd like to try it warm next time. The atmosphere of the store was nice.
Whether it is open or not depends on your luck as it is closed irregularly. We ordered two raw flour soba noodles and Sarashina soba noodles. I think that Kaeshi is sweet and the soup stock is deep and delicious. Raw buckwheat noodles are thick and chewy, but the aroma is modest, and Sarashina is elastic and delicious. Each type of soba is priced at 600 yen, and the price is reasonable and the taste is good. Since the shopkeeper is old, it takes time to get the ordered items, but I think it's worth waiting patiently. I think that you can be satisfied with the quality even if you lick only the soba soup. Even in my life so far, the heartfelt smile of my elderly husband left a strong impression on me. I would like to try it with salt next time.
