Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan｜Sarashinanosato

As soon as I ordered, tea and soba dumplings came. I ate soba dango for the first time, but it was really delicious. There was also a soba dumpling for takeout at the cash register. The lunch menu was cheap and delicious.

We often come here for lunch on weekdays. It is not the so-called pure white Sarashina soba, but a light gray color, but it has a faint soba aroma and sweetness. Personally, I like soba the best in Tsukuba city. There was a comment that the thickness was different, but it wasn't that noticeable, and I was rather impressed by the handmade feel. The soba dumplings that are served first are always eaten at the end instead of dessert (sometimes they are difficult to eat with the plastic toothpicks that come with them). You can enjoy both pure white sarashi soba and black country soba. The large shrimp tempura is satisfying to eat, and the pickles and small bowls have a rural taste, making me feel like I went to my grandmother's house.
