This soba has a chewy texture that is completely different from the 28 yen soba you buy at the supermarket. When we unearthed many ingredients for kenchin, we found ``butterbur'' or ``potato shells.'' The art is very high♪ We also recommend the 100 yen "mochi" for another bite. The awakening arrangement of ``mochi'' spread with mayonnaise, drizzled with soy sauce, and sprinkled with shichimi will satisfy your hunger and make you happy. It's a chain store, so when you get a second helping of tea, the strength of the tea will vary. I noticed on the way back that they also offer ``soba-yu'', so if you want to finish your meal with soba-yu, please come by.
