Nice taste with Japanese washoku atmosphere, I love the design of bowls very much. You can see some nice surprise if you drink up the soup:)

Even though it was 100% buckwheat, it was not dry, and it was delicious, including the flavor of the meat. It looks like a restaurant that is particular about ingredients from Ibaraki. When I left the restaurant with satisfaction after dinner, I could see the JAXA rocket and fully enjoy Tsukuba!

I had Kamonan Udon for takeout. It was served hot and perfect for a cold night. The meaty and plentiful duck meat and charred green onions, another type of crispy green onion and trefoil were very good and delicious. The amount of udon was just right
