There are two chairs for infants at the table seats, so you can bring your children along. I feel like it's mostly used by elderly people in the morning, and elderly people, old-timers, and sales people in the afternoon. Boiled offal has no smell and is usually delicious, so I sometimes want to eat it. I've been curious about it for a while, but what are those bubble-like things floating on the edge of warm soba noodles? It's only Yudetaro's soba noodles.

This is a soba restaurant franchise store where people of all ages gather. It's a happy place in the soba world, and its soba soup is delicious. The soba noodles are apparently homemade, but the texture is rubbery and doesn't taste like soba, and it feels like everything has melted into the soba soup. However, the delivery is quick and they open early in the morning, which is helpful. It tastes better than the paper-like soba modoki that I eat at my workplace, so I use it regularly to avoid numbing my taste buds. Yudetaro's strength is that the soup stock is delicious and you can eat it as a set meal with various toppings. Every time you visit the store, you're in a loop of coupons, so ``coupons that don't wear out'' will naturally attract more customers.
