Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan｜野麦・手打そば

First time here. Off of Nishin odori and across the street from Kojima tennis. Totally cool place. Soba was great! Can't believe that I had not been here before, but definitely be back! Tempura was also super. Nice little shop with a cool vibe. Gets crowded. I suppose it is not such a secret. Check it out!

The store is quiet, clean, and comfortable. While there are many fancy soba restaurants and fancy shops, it's normal in a good way. However, the soba noodles are sticky and the soba soup is delicious, so it is a shop that does not shake.

The store is spacious and you can relax. I ordered tempura and mini kettle-fried whitebait. I don't really understand the difference in the taste of soba, but I think it's delicious lol The tempura was crispy and very tasty. The whitebait was also fresh, delicious and plentiful 👍 It was also a restaurant that made me want to try other soba noodles.
