Most likely the best tempura place in Utsunomiya!

Delicious

It was my first time to eat tempura at a full-fledged counter, but thanks to the friendly owner, I was able to enjoy it. The sweetfish with small roe was exquisite. I received some Japanese sake, and the choko served it beautifully.
