First of all, it has a lot of volume. The price is also quite low. Ginger-yaki is thick and delicious with the golden seasoning of soy sauce, mirin, and sake that all Japanese people love. The soba noodles are country soba with thick noodles, and the soup has just the right amount of salt and the flavor of the soup stock is strong. Miso soup is also the classic Kanto red miso type. The pickles have just the right amount of sweetness and saltiness to complement the rich ginger-grilled chopsticks. All would be perfect.

The udon noodles are shiny and delicious. It's crunchy, it goes down your throat, it's really delicious. The soup stock was also good. Next time I would like to try the soba noodles. The atmosphere inside the store was calm and relaxing.
