I made a reservation because I wanted to try the monkfish course. For 6,000 yen, I was able to eat everything from monkfish to monkfish hotpot, sashimi, and grilled flounder. I didn't know which store to choose, but I made the right choice here! Thanks to Mr. General's efforts, even though October is not the season for red bean liver, we were able to eat large, oily livers that are stored at -60℃, so the fat content is less oxidized! The restaurant, desks, and chairs were all designed with the chef's attention to detail, and we were able to relax and enjoy the monkfish dishes!

Miraculously, I was able to make a reservation two days in advance and had the monkfish hotpot course. It's delicious and will change your concept of monkfish. The seasoning of each dish was exquisite, and the yuzu really worked, so I didn't notice any odor at all. Best of all, the food was cooked and served ready to eat. You can eat it deliciously without having to deal with our inexperienced hands. I was shown to a seat overlooking the front garden, and it was a day filled with joy to the core. It was a memorable trip and I vowed to visit again in February.
