More Comments at Google MapThe tempura soba was perfect. Light, crunchy coating on the tempura, the soba noodles had a rustic texture that held flavor well, and the broth was delicious.

I was brought here by the owner and his friend. If you don't make a reservation, the store may be sold out if you walk in... Expectations are high because of the 100 percent soba. There are soba noodles that are coarse and crumbly, and there are also soba noodles that are smooth and smooth. This is a beautiful soba that goes down easily and has an elegant thinness. It's very chewy and goes in easily. We also had udon noodles, which were a little thinner like Inaniwa udon, with a transparent glossy white color and looked delicious! ️I definitely want a combination menu!! ️ Anyway, the hospitality here is very good, and everything is handmade. The yuzu miso on the simmered daikon radish served as an appetizer was also exquisite, and I ate as much as I could with my chopsticks. The seasoning was extremely exquisite, and all the appetizers, even the pickled rice bran, were well-balanced. There is no omission in the chopstick rest. I then ordered a large serving of warm soba noodles with grilled duck meat. It also came with cold soup. It's not too sweet, it's not too spicy, I really like it, it's well balanced!! ️ The slightly thick, warm soup that brings out the aroma of the roasted duck has a great taste, and the soba noodles are also excellent because they don't lose their firmness even when you dip them in! ️ The final dessert was also completely handmade and elaborate - the kiwi sauce had a natural taste! ️It was delicious until the end!! ️ Even though the store closes at 2pm, there are many customers. I had a great time at a wonderful soba restaurant in Naka City, where the female owner's attentive service and Kodawari shine! ️ I can only repeat it!! ️ Thank you for the meal! ️ March 19, 2023 I wanted to eat soba at Matama-no-ya, so I invited my senior and headed all the way there, but on the way I tried to call and make a reservation, but there was no answer to the phone...I had a bad feeling... Then I learned that they are closed every Tuesday and the third Sunday of the month... it was posted on the sign... Everyone please be careful. 2023 3/31 Friday I was in the area for work, so I decided to eat there, so I made a reservation over the phone and stopped by, but to my surprise, the friend who brought me there for the first time was also there to eat, so it was a coincidence! ️ Even though it was my second time, my mom treated me like a regular customer and it was delicious and fun. This time, I chose a large serving of soba noodles with tempura. It was the perfect soba, delicate and smooth as always! ️ Naka City no longer feels so far away.
