More Comments at Google MapTenseiro + Soba brat I made a reservation over the phone. This is valuable because there aren't many good soba restaurants in Hitachi. I checked Google Maps and headed there by car, but I got lost and wandered for a while. The soba noodles were my favorite thin noodles, and they went down easily and were very delicious. Tempura is average. I added soba gaki because I wasn't satisfied with the amount. The scent of soba was very strong and it was delicious. There were customers who came into the store and left disappointed when they heard that reservations were required, so I thought it would be nicer if they put up a sign in the parking lot that said reservations were required. Ta.
The soba noodles are thin and fragrant, and the tempura is crispy and delicious. The rare soba zenzai is a sweet dish made with fluffy soba bran topped with a light grain bean paste. This is a masterpiece that has been carefully finished. When I diluted the remaining soup with soba soup, it was surprisingly delicious. Is soup stock good? If soba is good, is soba-yu also good? An old folk soba restaurant run by an elderly couple. Open only on Sundays, reservations required. If you make a reservation by email, there may be some misunderstandings, so it is best to make a reservation by phone.
5th time this time ✨2022.12.18 visit My husband and I are big fans of Akatsuki's soba noodles. It is currently open only on Sundays and requires reservations. The soba noodles are chewy and the tempura is crispy. Sobayu is also rich and creamy and delicious. I didn't eat it this time, but I recommend the soba gaki zenzai! Impressed ✨ No matter what you eat, it's delicious~ Also, I love how warm and friendly you are. I will definitely visit again ♪
