Personally, I like to talk with the chef about menu ingredients at the counter, and sometimes ask for cooking methods that aren't on the menu. Seafood, deep-fried skewers, soft-shelled turtle dishes, etc. Are they good at this price? Good quality and price setting that I think. There is also a rare service where you can buy wine at a partner liquor store and pay a corkage fee (fixed price for any wine) to drink. There are some locals, some tourists who got information from rumors and the internet. Because it is a popular restaurant, you may not be able to get a seat unless you make a reservation or go late during opening hours.

I made a reservation during Golden Week to eat with friends and family who came from far away. Sashimi, skewers, Matsusaka beef teppanyaki? It was delicious no matter what I tried.
