Great monkfish hotpot experience. The onwer/chief initially had reservation about receiving non Japanese customers, but proved to be a wonderful host as one of us speaks Japanese. It began with great soup stock, then different vegetables and monkfish parts were added. The liver was added at last and was wonderfully rich and creamy. The congee at the end was the most satisfying way to cap off a wonderful dinner.

Great food and authentic experience. Chef is really nice and his mother too. Love such intimate atmosphere 😌.
