Shirahara is a restaurant specializing in fresh shellfish and sashimi. I went there because it was opening in Oimachi in March. The menu changes every day, so you can only try it on the day you visit the store. The inside of the store was clean, and the store was so busy that reservations were required, even on Thursdays. There was a wide selection of dishes, all of which were delicious, and each item was not too large so I was able to enjoy a variety of things. It came out relatively well. They even showed me off at the end, and the service was wonderful 💓

It was always busy the night I passed by, so I gave up. Today, I passed by in the afternoon on a rainy holiday, and it was still empty, so I went in alone. The store and restrooms were very clean and the customer service was good. Both the drinks and food look beautiful, the variety is rich and appealing, and of course, they are delicious. All the staff were attentive, gave me a good amount of freedom, and made me feel comfortable. I want to go again soon.
