Amazing sashimi, appetizers and cucumber salad. Would definitely come back.

My father and I walked in off the street. And took a seat at the bar. Knowing zero Japanese we were able to look through the photos on the wall and order from there. The head chef and his help were a delight to be with and be served by! There was constant laughter and a lot of use of google translate to help us get through the language gap. We ordered a pork soup that was fantastic and tried beef heart, sashimi style, for the first time. It was truly excellent. They seem to highlight a lot of pork dishes and describe the different parts and cuts of the animal. We ended up with some BBQ that you cook on a personal grill and some kimchi sides which were wonderful. It was such a well paced, quality dinner. Would love to return on a later trip!
