Very unique Japanese restaurant. Must cone back
A Japanese restaurant located in Tokyu Plaza Ginza that specializes in golden sea bream. Among the golden sea bream caught off the coast of Choshi, Chiba Prefecture, they use ``jikinme sea bream,'' which has particularly good fat. This time we had the ``Kiwami Course'' ¥8,000 + 120 minutes all-you-can-drink ¥2,000. It was great that the course structure was centered around small plates and side dishes, so you could enjoy a variety of different items little by little! The course composition made use of seasonal spring ingredients such as local sea bream, clams, mitsuba, and new potatoes. Of the course menus, the one that was particularly delicious was the “jikinmemeshi” pictured at the top! The seafood bowl was topped with ground sea bream, salmon roe, egg yolk, and minced fish, and was finished off with a side soup, making it a dish that allowed you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of golden sea bream. At the all-you-can-drink menu, I was happy to find Tatenogawa sake, and I thought it was unusual to have Tamajiman. The shochu is Ikkokusha Okuma, as well as Daime's soda, which is considered sour. The highball was also super carbonated and delicious! I was using the counter, but the kitchen was close to the counter, and I was able to watch the kinme tai being prepared right in front of me and the finishing touches on the food, so it was a visually enjoyable dinner time. All of the staff were very polite and offered courses according to the progress of the food! When I visited at 7:30pm on a weekday, it was almost full and crowded, so I think it would be safer to make a reservation in advance.
