This is a restaurant where you can be satisfied with everything from the taste, atmosphere, and service. I also run a bar, so I always use it as a model.

I used it at my 20th year anniversary meeting! The taste and atmosphere have not changed since ancient times, and the food was very nostalgic and delicious. They are particular about each ingredient, and the rice cracker soup and sea urchin are especially delicious, but the other dishes are also great! In the past, there was a luxurious chawanmushi called strawberry nimushi that contained abalone and other ingredients, and I remember it being extremely delicious, but unfortunately it is no longer on the menu. There was a wide variety of sake, and I had my favorite, Tominohozan, so I was very satisfied! It's a very popular restaurant, so you often won't be able to get in without a reservation. Normally, the store has a calm atmosphere, but since it reopened for the first time in over 10 years, I apologize for being so lively and chatty.
