I don't like fish but you got to go here. It is outstanding with real live fish. It is amazing and so fresh. The restaurant it self is run down but that doesn't matter here. Too recommendation.

Excellent food by sushi master👍👍👍

"Uotama" is located in Nishi-Shinagawa, Shinagawa Ward. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy seafood bowls and other dishes. The cost performance for lunch doesn't seem to be bad overall. The atmosphere of the store is typical of the common people, and the store is very easy to enter. Shinagawa Ward is more of an upscale residential area, but Uotama-san has the atmosphere of a restaurant you wouldn't be surprised to find in a downtown area. I felt it was a very friendly and nice shop. Order the special seafood bowl for 1,400 yen (comes with miso soup). (Before, there was an intermediate grade seafood bowl between the regular seafood bowl and the special seafood bowl for 1,200 yen, but that is no longer available.) Seating is shared, so if you visit when the restaurant opens at 11:30, you'll be able to eat in a relatively calm manner without having to sit across from each other. The special seafood bowl had about 10 kinds of toppings on it. It's not bad. It comes with salmon roe and sea urchin, so for 1,400 yen, I felt it was a good deal. (I think it would cost around 1,800 to 2,000 yen at other stores.) Miso soup is also included free of charge, and the contents of the miso soup included 3 shrimp heads. The soup stock comes out well, and you can try sucking the inside of the shrimp head at the end. (Although it does not contain shrimp internal miso) The salmon roe was a little hard, but...could it be an overripe egg that has passed the mature egg stage? (At first I thought it was artificial salmon roe, but no matter how cheap it is, they won't sell something like that. It will affect the credibility of the store.) Salmon roe caught a little after the peak fishing season is said to have a slightly hard and chewy egg skin. That's probably it. However, the taste was perfectly fine. It may change depending on the purchase of the day. Is that what you're worried about? No problem. next Let's try the eel bowl for 1000 yen. We will be repeating our lunch.
