Perhaps due to the influence of the coronavirus, white billboards stand out in the streets of Ginza. I wandered around town looking for a restaurant, but couldn't find one, and ended up at a restaurant called Uoya Shun. Since it was a Monday night, the building and store were empty. First, I ordered oysters...they were huge! The spicy seasoning also brings out the sweetness of the oysters. After that, the sashimi platter, salt-grilled burikama, and salmon skirt steak...the volume of each dish was surprising, and the table was filled in no time. Finished with a bowl of small salmon roe...I was very satisfied! The other menu items are also extensive, which makes me curious. I've decided to become a regular customer (lol) And the bill... it flies, it's too reasonable... It's a great corporate effort to be able to do this in Ginza, I'm humbled. The staff at the store are very responsive and make you feel comfortable. This is definitely a store I would like to visit again.

I stopped by for lunch. There are many options on the menu, and we decided on the fish set meal. Lots of sashimi, salmon, mackerel stew in miso, and fries. The rice is also very delicious and the cost performance is good! The atmosphere of the restaurant had a somewhat nostalgic feel to it, and the staff were very pleasant, so I had a pleasant meal. When I come to Ginza, I definitely want to stop by this shop again.
