Found a secret spot on Saturdays and Sundays. This shop is located on the 1st basement floor of Nihonbashi Tower. We mainly had fish dishes from Fukui, including sashimi and fried horse mackerel. They are very particular about their soy sauce, and have the soy sauce filtered from the mash on the spot. It certainly has a great flavor. It's rare to come across a restaurant where no matter what you order, it's delicious. I think it's crowded on weekdays, but on Saturday nights in Nihonbashi there are relatively few people and it's often a hidden gem, so I was able to enjoy the restaurant in a calm atmosphere.

It was a gorgeous salad on the side, and I was excited first. It's a snack that goes well with alcohol, so I'm very happy to have sake as a restaurant that I stopped by after the symposium's social gathering! Next time, after working at a nearby office, I would like to visit you slowly as the first house.
