Came on a Friday which happened to be curry day so seemed to be everyone’s order. Enjoyed my seafood curry served piping hot for 1000 yen. It’s standing only (no seats) but food was good so would return again

Excellent service, Excellent atmosphere, and more importantly Excellent food. Best sashimi I've ever had. Knew it was great when I saw a line of locals waiting up to an hour in the sun to get in. Cannot recommend it enough. Just remember though, people are waiting to get in so dont dither. Be respectful and not too loud.

The great little lunch spot in Tsukiji. You need to pick 3 kind of fish topping for Kaisendon (rice bowl with Sashimi) + soup of Shijimi + 2 little plates make your lunch set as 1,000 yen, which is amazing value. The photo here is Chutoro (of Tuna) , Buri (Yellowtail) and Uni (urchin), and look how thick they are. It’s managed by the owner alone so give him a little time to prepare… he is a very kind person and great chef.
