So, tuna kamamaki (hosomaki) with takuan. You'll become addicted to it. A regular customer said, ``Ponzu is a drink,'' so I had some. With Teppi. The ponzu sauce here seems to be handmade, so it's worth ordering just for this. Yes, you can really drink it. Salt-grilled Harasu salmon is fluffy and goes well with white rice.
